Goonoo Goonoo Station

HERITAGE

As Goonoo Goonoo Station continued to flourish into the 20th century, the village expanded to include The Jackaroos’ Quarters, a single-storey weatherboard residence that was built in the 1930s or 40s. The hipped roof and timber post verandas are in keeping with the nearby Cook’s House. It has two bedrooms, both of which open onto the front veranda that looks out to the village gardens.
